Build with AI (the "Service") complies with the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related laws, and maintains this Privacy Policy to protect the personal data of its users. This policy applies to the newsletter subscription and content delivery operated by the Service.

1. Personal Data We Collect

When you subscribe to the newsletter, the Service collects the following:

  • Providing subscriber-only downloads (PDF, ePub, etc.)

If these purposes change, the Service will notify users in advance and obtain consent.

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, the Service retains and uses personal data for as long as the subscription is active. When you cancel your subscription (opt out) or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, the Service destroys the relevant data without delay, except where retention is required by applicable law.

The Service does not provide users' personal data to outside parties beyond the purposes stated in Section 2, except where required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative authority.

The Service stipulates data-protection requirements in its consignment agreements and supervises its processors.

  • Request suspension of processing
  • Opt out of the newsletter and cancel your subscription

You can exercise these rights via the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter, or by emailing the Privacy Officer below. The Service will act on your request promptly.

7. Destruction Procedure and Method

Personal data whose purpose has been fulfilled or whose retention period has expired is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery or reproduction.

8. Security Measures

The Service takes the following measures to process personal data safely:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Minimizing and managing access rights to the cloud database
  • Limiting personnel who handle personal data

9. Children Under 14

The Service does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14 and is intended for users aged 14 and older.
